Coreless Kraft

Gemini Fiber now offers an Environmentally Friendly option to your packaging needs. Our Coreless rolled kraft is an innovation that we have perfected as a way for companies to Go Green when using both our recycled and virgin products. The lack of a core in the center of the roll reduces waste, increases efficiencies and allows for cost savings. The finished product is nearly as durable as a roll with a core and can have core plugs inserted for use on a counter roll stand. In addition, we can run a coreless roll up to a 24" diameter while maintaining excellent roll mechanics. The core is a non-recyclable byproduct of the converting process. It contributes to unnecessary weight and waste for the end user. In removing the core we assure that material we provide is 100% Recyclable and Useable.
